Privacy policy
This website collects as little as a website can. No cookies, no analytics, no advertising, no forms. The only personal data we handle is what you choose to send us by email or when you book a call.

1. Who is responsible
This website, bluegreen.ai (including www.bluegreen.ai), is published by Blue Green, a French single-shareholder simplified joint-stock company (SASU), SIRET 952 824 308 00011, based in Le Pecq, France, represented by its founder, Renaud Laborbe.
Blue Green is the data controller for the processing described on this page. For any question about your data, write to renaud@bluegreen.ai.
This policy covers the marketing website only. Products we build and operate (BlueWind Companion, EnerCast, Edifice) run on their own infrastructure and are governed by the agreements signed with each client.
2. What we collect, and why
The site is a static set of pages. It has no user accounts, no contact form, no newsletter, no comment section and no search. It does not embed third-party widgets, scripts, videos or tracking pixels.
Technical server logs
Like any web server, the server that delivers this site may record standard technical events: the IP address of the request, the date and time, the page requested, the browser identification string and the response status. These logs exist only to keep the site running and secure (diagnosing errors, blocking abuse). They are not used to identify or profile visitors and are never shared. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.
Emails and phone calls you initiate
Every contact link on this site is a plain email address (renaud@bluegreen.ai) or phone number. When you write or call, we receive what you send: your name, your email address or phone number, your company if you mention it, and the content of your message. We use it only to answer you and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal or a working relationship. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us.
Booking a call
The “Book a call” buttons open a Google Calendar appointment page hosted by Google, not by this site. The name, email address and notes you enter there are processed by Google under its own privacy policy and then appear in our calendar so that we can hold the meeting. We do not use them for anything else.
4. Hosting and third parties
The site runs on a virtual private server rented from Hostinger International Ltd. (an EU-based provider) and administered by Blue Green. Server logs stay on that server. The domain’s DNS records are managed by Cloudflare in DNS-only mode: Cloudflare resolves the name but does not proxy or inspect your traffic.
We do not sell, rent or share visitor data. The only third parties that may process data in connection with this site are the services you choose to use when you click an outbound link: Google Calendar (appointment booking), LinkedIn (our profile) and app.bluewind.fr (a product demo). Each is governed by its own privacy policy, and clicking such a link takes you off this website.
5. How long we keep data
- Server logs: kept only as long as needed to operate and secure the site, then discarded through the server’s normal log rotation. In practice this is a matter of weeks, never years.
- Emails and call bookings: kept for the duration of our exchange and, if it leads to a project, for the duration of the business relationship, then for the periods French law requires us to retain contractual and accounting documents.
If an exchange leads nowhere, you can ask us to delete it at any time (see below).
6. Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased when we no longer need it;
- restrict or object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
- receive the data you gave us in a portable format;
- give instructions on what happens to your data after your death.
To exercise any of these rights, email renaud@bluegreen.ai. We answer within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity when the request concerns data we cannot otherwise attribute to you.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés), at www.cnil.fr.
7. Changes to this policy
If the site ever starts collecting more (a contact form, analytics), this page will be updated first and the date at the top will change. Nothing that is not described here is happening.
